Good morning from Punto del Este I’m leaving Uruguay today and I have to say my heart is very full. I feel so lucky and privileged that I had this very strange opportunity come my way, and I’m so happy that I said yes.
Today is also episode 150 and I can’t quite believe that I haven’t missed a single episode since I started on January 2nd. It was so cool to wake up this morning to a beautiful message from my dear friend, Rick Swanson. Rick is an old colleague from back in the Gucci days. He’s one of those people. It doesn’t matter how long we haven’t spoken or seen each other,we pick up right where we left off. I woke up to such a sweet and loving message from him this morning, so thank you, Rick. It really is meaningful when people acknowledge my work. Oftentimes these messages come at a moment when I’m feeling a little bit like what am I doing here?
