Good morning from Milano. What’s on my mind this morning is taking care of business. That’s because I’m taking advantage of this time that I have in Italy, trying to get my ducks in a row for all things related to sorting out my pension. Having worked as an employee, a freelancer, and as a business owner both here in the United States, it’s quite complex.

I’ve simply put it in my mind that I’m going to figure it out and I’m sitting here thinking about what a major pain in the ass it is to sort through this stuff. Much like sorting through your personal finances, taking care of your will or even following up on a series of doctor’s appointments you know you need to take care of, these all fall into the same category. things we put off and love to complain about.
